Given 100 - Behind the Scenes

Given100 had the opportunity to work with SK365 last month to create a "Behind the Screens" video. Not only do we love working with Shirt Kong for all of our Given100 apparel, but we also love the work they do with multi-media productions. Here's what they said: "We took our cameras to the track and spent some time with Carl Givens, owner of sports performance training program Given100. He filled us in on what's most important when it comes to educating his athletes and taught us some key points from his training routines -- but most importantly, he gave us a couple quick lessons on how to live a successful and rewarding life."
