If you want change in your health and fitness, being dedicated is the first step. In order to succeed, you need to have a positive attitude and work hard toward your goals. Find a time of day that works best for you to get a workout in. Try an early morning workout to start your day off right and keep you energized! You have to push yourself even when nobody else is around. If you commit to yourself, others will commit to you.
